Lettera inviata da Bonn il 18 febbraio 1895. Strasburger l’anno passato ha rinunciato per il maltempo al viaggio verso Nizza, attraverso Torino, Cuneo e il colle di Tenda. Vorrebbe riprovarci quest’anno e chiede a Gibelli se a suo avviso il colle sarà percorribile alla metà di marzo. Vorrebbe andare con sua moglie; sarebbe bello percorrere in carrozza quelle montagne.
