Lettera inviata da New Brighton (NZ) il 12 giugno 1895. Gli esemplari di Gibelli sono arrivati, come al solito, in splendide condizioni. Cockayne ha già pronti molti semi da spedirgli e tra poco sarà pronta un’infornata di 150 campioni. Chiede di mandargli specie di Salix europee e suggerisce le modalità di spedizione che ritiene più idonee. Gradirebbe anche avere bulbi di Crocus, Tulipa e Fritillaria.
